This role helps ensure sustainable continuity of technical mastery and linear leadership in manufacturing, by leading a major line of action (technical, systemic or organizational) to deliver the results identified by the site’s urgent business need. You ensure the achievement of key business results and for the development of others to ensure sustainable continuity of technical mastery in the manufacturing line. With a structured approach, you can use strategic thinking skills to ensure long-term sustainability of results.
How will you contribute?
In your potential first managerial role, you will ensure that Mondelez International’s goals for safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale are met for the lines you are responsible for by breaking down department goals into line and unit goals and ensuring employees understand individual performance goals related to overall goals. In this role, you will also develop budgets and be responsible for managing cost control, governance, compliance, loss elimination and workforce planning, including recruitment, retention, development, succession planning, and identification of high potential team members. Without you, we wouldn’t be able to provide high quality snacks to our customers.

Self-Maintenance (AM) 4 Step Systems and Progressive Maintenance (PM) 3 Step Systems
Maintain equipment in essential conditions independently, including implementation of AM & PM standards (Fault Maintenance, Planned Maintenance) on assigned equipment
Total Productive Maintenance and Six Sigma including qualification for steps AM 5-6, PM step 3
– Lead line teams
Handling difficult personal situations tactfully
Influencing people in a union environment
– Effective communication orally and in writing and attention to detail
Lead a multicultural team with a focus on developing capabilities in the IL6S journey.
