The meeting reviewed the Kingdom of Bahrain’s experience in launching initiatives aimed at stabilizing the development of the labor market in line with local needs and global changes, which leads to keeping the unemployment rate at a safe level.
They highlighted the programs launched to support women in the fields of work to consolidate the principles of competitiveness and gender equality at work, as well as the Kingdom’s efforts to combat discrimination and human trafficking in all its forms.
The International Monetary Fund delegation is visiting the Kingdom within the framework of Bahrain’s continuous cooperation with the International Monetary Fund and other specialized international organizations to exchange experiences, evaluate them, and work on developing them to serve their development goals and national priorities.
