The meeting discussed ways to enhance cooperation between the executive and legislative authorities to meet the aspirations of citizens, especially in the areas of work and training, to accelerate the integration of the national workforce in various sectors.
The minister reviewed the initiatives taken by the Ministry of Labor in developing employment mechanisms that take place through the electronic recruitment forum, and developing training and qualification programs in addition to the facilities provided by the government to the private sector to play its role in employing qualified people. national workforce.
He stressed the importance of cooperation with the legislative authority in developing national labor laws, in a way that contributes to the stability and sustainability of the labor market in Bahrain.
