what are you going to do

Support co-design with clients, brand managers and other stakeholders to deliver human-centered and comprehensive solutions that meet client needs.
Participate in user research activities (eg surveys, user testing, focus groups, etc.) and incorporate ideas into service design and deliverables.
Responsible for planning customer and/or user journeys and the overall view of the experience by identifying critical touch points, how these touch points relate, and how people experience the brand throughout their entire lifecycle.
Support leading design review and brainstorming sessions with brand managers and other key stakeholders.
Support the identification and prioritization of opportunities that will enrich our expertise strategy.
Work closely with product development, sales, marketing and operations to integrate UX and customer insights to improve journeys.
Use VoC research, insights, and competitor analysis to turn what customers want into what users need to efficiently accomplish their jobs.
Develop customer journeys, service blueprints, workflows, wireframes, and other design outputs.
Understand and articulate how journeys, processes and services are changing from a user, system and business focused perspective.
Use user experience best practices to design digital experiences for target users, supporting the company’s business goals while advocating for users’ needs.
Applying a culture of design thinking within the organization.

What you will need to succeed

Proven to deliver product design, from design to launch.
Familiarity with research tools and techniques such as Crazy Egg, Google Analytics, Optimize, usertesting.com, customer interviews, small focus groups and surveys.
Field research experience (eg, store experience audits, mystery shopping, etc.)
Experience in using design thinking principles or techniques, facilitating design thinking workshops and training courses.
Business knowledge combined with outstanding analytical, conceptual and design thinking skills.
Proven ability to create new service designs based on relevant user insights and effectively communicate them to stakeholders.
Work under time constraints on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, as well as remarkable ability to work in cross-functional teams.
– Arabic language (written and spoken).
