Basic tasks:
Support Recruitment Consultants/BDMs in the search and screening of candidates for available roles from our clients
– Sourcing candidates from applications, LinkedIn, the job board and the TRS database
– Thorough examination of candidates over the phone
– Create and publish advertisements on the TRS website and job boards as requested/required
Maintain relationships with submitted candidates throughout the application, interview, presentation and packaging processes.
– Capture potential customers for sales
Create and maintain candidate pools in the TRS database
– Since we are a junior position, we are not specifically looking for candidates with recruitment experience, this will be a bonus.
The essential component of a candidate’s profile is enthusiasm and experience dealing with people on the phone on a daily basis.
Asking and answering questions, ability to handle objections, natural ability to sell and negotiate.
– Above all, every aspiring recruit needs enthusiasm, curiosity and desire to close deals and help candidates and clients alike in a win-win scenario.
