Job description and summary
A career in Information Technology, within the company’s internal services, will provide you with the opportunity to support our core business functions by deploying applications that enable our employees to work more efficiently and provide the highest levels of service to our customers. You will focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client-facing and internal applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the company to drive strategic business growth.

Our IT development team assists in developing and supporting internal IT systems and applications for use by all levels of employees. You will help our team develop software and applications that meet PwC’s strategic technology needs using your knowledge of the application’s technical areas.

Create an innovative technology-focused environment where customer satisfaction is paramount.
– Provide daily service that provides a focal point for customer interaction and support for all hardware and software issues including [but not limited to] Client, Mobility, Wireless, Print, Communication, and Applications.
Maintain/resolve all open incidents/tasks in the ticket queue in a timely manner.
Partner with other IT teams on new technology introduction projects to ensure the site is ready to deploy, educate and support new solutions.
Ensure that all security and compliance related business policies and standards are met by Tech Lounge.
Analyze Tech Lounge performance data and adapt the service to better meet business requirements.
To be a resource and guide to clients regarding the use of technology and PwC’s business policies and procedures.
Establishing strong and open working relationships with clients at all levels.
Proactively anticipate, identify and solve problems, and apply knowledge in complex, difficult or stressful situations.
Effectively communicate and share technical information to audiences at all levels of the organization.

Experience of team leadership within a retail/service environment
– Excellent customer service skills
High levels of energy and self-motivation
