This role is required to contribute to the best use of MD365BC and the correct implementation of business processes and practices, while demonstrating a level of operational IT management
The role is expected to perform day-to-day technical support for MD365BC end users. (Including Hospitality Unit and LS Retail)

Describe
* The first level of support for end users
* Collaborates with MD365BC and SEVP key users to identify downtime for maintenance or update tasks
* Check time periods as soon as they are selected
* Notifies users and any related teams
* Takes ownership of resetting the password for all users when needed and creates a new item and validates it in the master database.
* In relation to the support procedures available to be the single point of contact for opening tickets and following up on issues regarding support for Level 1, 2 or 3 partners.
* The first point of contact during the incident period to coordinate with the end users.
* Maintains a list of users who are authorized to connect to the application with their privileges.
*Depending on how the application works.
* Validate or execute requests to create/modify/remove access rights
* Responds to key users to provide detailed information on practices and tools to clarify improvement requests (business requirements, reporting requirements, test requirements…)
* Measures need against available functionality, costs and time and decides to move forward or find alternative effective solutions.
