Information Minister hails Saudi pivotal role

Manama, February 21 (BNA) Minister of Information Affairs Ali bin Muhammad Al-Rumaihi praised the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on the occasion of the founding day, which falls on February 22.

He said, “The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has established a model in wisdom, legal governance and moderation since its inception three centuries ago,” praising Saudi Arabia’s support for the Arab and Islamic nations.

In a statement to Okaz newspaper, he said that the Kingdom of Bahrain, under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, is participating in the celebration of the founding day of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

He praised the strong brotherly ties, the solid alliance between the leaders and people of the two brotherly countries, based on mutual respect and kinship ties, the unity of history, religion and destiny, and the unification of positions on regional and international developments.

The minister praised the Saudi development steps and honorable positions under the wise leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and with the support of the Crown Prince and Deputy Prime Minister and Defense, His Royal Highness Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

Al-Rumaihi saluted the establishment of Imam Muhammad bin Saud for the Saudi state. He referred to the establishment of a modern and powerful kingdom in the Arabian Peninsula led by King Abdul Aziz Al Saud and his sons who succeeded him.

He stressed that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will continue its march of progress and prosperity and its pivotal pioneering role in the Gulf, Arab and Islamic arenas, thanks to its wise leadership and unified people.
