Manama, November 2 (BNA) Minister of Information Ali bin Muhammad Al-Rumaihi chaired today the second meeting of the Standing Committee of the Gulf Radio and Television Festival, which was held today in the presence of the Director General of Gulf Radio. Majri bin Mubarak Al-Qahtani TV Authority and representatives of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
It was agreed during the meeting to hold the fifteenth session of the festival in the Kingdom of Bahrain during the first semester of 2022. The agenda of the festival was also discussed, along with the initiatives that will be included in the event.
During the meeting, the Minister of Information stressed the importance of the Gulf Radio and Television Festival as a Gulf meeting to celebrate creativity in the media field. He stressed the importance of the festival in unifying media visions at the level of the Arab Gulf, celebrating excellence in the radio and television field, and honoring young people for their creativity in this vital field. He wished the festival officials all success in organizing the event.
