Information Minister attends opening of Arab Radio and Television Festival in Riyadh

Riyadh, November 10 (BNA) Minister of Information, Dr. Ramadan bin Abdullah Al-Nuaimi, attended the opening of the 22nd edition of the Arab Radio and Television Festival, hosted by the Saudi capital, Riyadh, under the slogan “Media in the Middle East.” shaping the world.”

Organized by the Arab States Broadcasting Union (ASBU), the Minister of Information emphasized the importance of the event in developing the radio and television sector in Arab countries by promoting competitiveness, creativity and exchanging experiences.

The Minister of Information praised the efforts of the Saudi Ministry of Information in organizing and hosting the twenty-second edition of the festival. He stressed the prominent role of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in promoting Arab cooperation in various fields, including the media field.

The Arab Radio and Television Festival will be held over four days and will witness the opening of the “Future of Media” exhibition, with the attendance of more than 15,000 participants and 1,000 media professionals from all over the world and 200 production companies representing the most important regional and international media organizations and institutions.
