Bahrain Airport Company and Beyon Solutions sign agreement during BIAS 2022

Manama, November 10 (BNA): Bahrain Airport Company (BAC), the operator and governing body of Bahrain International Airport (BIA), and Beyon Solutions, a comprehensive digital transformation consultancy, signed a three-year agreement during the Bahrain International Airshow (BIAS) 2022 .

The agreement will see Beyon solutions provide 24/7 support services to the BIA network’s core infrastructure. As an essential part of Bahrain’s transportation infrastructure, it is one of the most important networks in the Kingdom, with availability requirements of up to 99.9999%. This means that it should not be inaccessible for longer than 31.56 seconds per year.

The agreement was signed by Bahrain Airport Company CEO Mohammed Yousef Al-Binfalah and Pune Solutions CEO Saad Al-Rashed at the Bahrain International Airport stand in the BIAS Exhibition Hall, in the presence of Batelco Chairman Sheikh Abdullah bin Khalifa Al Khalifa and executive management from BAC and Batelco. .

Mr. Al-Binfalah said: “As the only airport in the country and Bahrain’s main gateway to the world, ensuring that Bahrain International Airport continues to operate safely and securely is our priority. The partnership with Beyon Solutions will support these goals by ensuring the state of Bahrain International Airport (BIA). Infrastructure continues for the core network to operate efficiently. Flexibility and business continuity are key areas of focus at BIA, and round-the-clock support from the Beyon team of experts enhances our preparedness.”

Mr. Al-Rashed said: “We at Beyon Solutions are pleased to sign this agreement and are proud that 70% of the support team that will undertake this project are Bahrainis. Our highly skilled specialists will ensure the stability of the core network and high performance, helping BIA to continue providing seamless, high-quality services to its users.
