Manama, June 26 (BNA) Minister of Industry and Trade Zayed Rashid Al-Zayani received a delegation of businesswomen from Russia.
The meeting was attended by Undersecretary of the Ministry Iman Ahmed Al-Dosari, Assistant Undersecretary for Internal and External Trade Sheikh Hamad bin Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, President of the Bahrain Businesswomen’s Society Ahlam Janahi and a number of members of the Society.
The Minister praised the influential role of women in the economic and development sector in general.
He praised the depth of the Bahraini-Russian relations, noting the great efforts made by the two governments to strengthen relations between them, upgrade the terms of trade and exchange experiences between them.
Al-Zayani pointed to the importance of the steps taken by the public and private sectors in both countries to strengthen and develop relations at all levels to serve and benefit the peoples of the two countries.
He stressed the importance of mutual visits and joint projects between the private sector in the two countries, which contribute significantly to deepening and developing economic relations.
