Manama, January 9 (BNA): The Chief Executive Officer of the Information and eGovernment Authority, Muhammad Ali Al Qaed, chaired the 58th meeting of the ICT Governance Committee via video conference to discuss several projects and purchase requests submitted by the government. destinations.

She highlighted the Ministry of Health’s call center project, which is one of the most important projects aimed at improving the level of health services by facilitating the process of communication with citizens and raising the level of customer satisfaction.


It discussed the electronic systems and services supporting the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, which aim to contribute to improving transactions and participation with citizens and entities.
