Manama, March 27 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today received Lord Philip Hammond, member of the House of Lords in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. At Riffa Palace.
His Highness pointed to the depth of the historical relations between the two countries, their growth and development at all levels.
His Highness stressed the importance of further strengthening the strategic cooperation between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United Kingdom to achieve common aspirations.
His Highness affirmed that the Bahraini-British relations are witnessing continuous development and prosperity thanks to the support they receive from the leadership of the two countries.
They also discussed regional and international developments of common interest.
The meeting was also attended by Sheikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy.
