Manama, Nov. 22 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today launched the first edition of Cityscape Bahrain 2022 at the Bahrain International Exhibition Center in Sakhir.
His Highness indicated that the real estate sector in the Kingdom continues to grow and attract investments in parallel with the launch of major development projects, which reflects the strong development across sectors in the Kingdom.
His Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister praised the efforts of the Bahrain team, which continues its excellence and creativity to support the comprehensive development in the Kingdom under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
His Highness affirmed the Kingdom’s commitment to continuous efforts in adopting plans and initiatives that increase investments, driven by the Kingdom’s advanced systems and vibrant private sector.
His Highness praised the attractive real estate opportunities offered by Cityscape Bahrain 2022, which complement the government’s large-scale initiatives and major strategic development projects.
His Excellency Shaikh Salman bin Abdullah bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Survey and Land Registration Authority (SLRB), Chairman of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), and the Supreme Committee for the preparation and organization of Cityscape Bahrain 2022, highlighted this success. Achieved by the exhibition, it is the largest real estate exhibition held in the Kingdom of Bahrain, and includes real estate projects worth 893 million Bahraini dinars.
During the exhibition, seven major real estate projects were launched that would enhance the competitiveness of the real estate sector, and contribute to the development of the national economy, in line with the vision and aspirations of His Majesty the King.
His Excellency Sheikh Salman praised the progress made in the comprehensive development process in the Kingdom under the leadership of His Majesty the King, in addition to the governmental plans and initiatives led by His Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
His Excellency indicated that the real estate sector is achieving balanced growth, while future plans are being developed to ensure Bahrain’s competitiveness and sustainable development, which will make the Kingdom an ideal destination for real estate investment in the long term.
A large group of exhibitors will participate in Cityscape Bahrain 2022 and display dozens of large real estate projects that include 10,000 properties.
