Manama on December 15 (US): Today, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, received a cable of congratulations from His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Mohammed bin Salman Al Khalifa, on the occasion of the Kingdom’s National Day, in commemoration of the establishment of the modern state of Bahrain. As an Arab and Islamic state, it was founded by Ahmed Al-Fateh in 1783, and the anniversary of the accession of His Majesty the King to the throne.
