Manama, September 4 (BNA) His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Prime Minister and Chairman of the Economic Development Board issued today Resolution No. (1) of 2022 regarding the restructuring of the Board of Directors. For Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company (Mumtalakat).
According to the decree, he chairs the Board of Directors of the properties of the Minister of Finance and National Economy, and consists of the following members:
1- Minister of Industry and Trade
2- Minister of Transport and Communications
3- Adviser for political and economic affairs at the Diwan of His Highness the Crown Prince
4- CEO of the Economic Development Board
5- CEO of Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company
6- Samer Majed Al-Jishi
7- Ilham Abdullah Hassan
The new Mumtalakat board members serve for a term of four years.
This decree shall take effect immediately and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
