Manama, September 4 (BNA) His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa held a meeting with His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister at Sakhir Palace today.
His Majesty the King and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and the Prime Minister reviewed the good results of the fraternal consultative meeting hosted by Egypt last week.
His Majesty praised the fruitful results of the high-level meeting, which contributes to further strengthening joint Arab action, supporting Arab interests and strengthening the pillars of security and stability in the region.
His Majesty King Hamad expressed his thanks and appreciation to Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi for hosting the fraternal meeting, praising the efforts of President El-Sisi and the participating leaders to make it a success.
His Majesty the King praised the surge of progress that Egypt is currently witnessing under the leadership of President Sisi, citing the huge development projects that have been implemented throughout the country, stressing Egypt’s pivotal role as a basis for the region’s security and stability, as well as its common role. HM the King also expressed his pride in the positive results of his recent visit to France, where HM the King held fruitful talks with President Emmanuel Macron, noting that the visit will enhance the strong bilateral strategic relations and partnership, as well as enhance solid and joint cooperation. His Majesty the King expressed his appreciation to President Macron for the warm welcome extended to His Majesty during the visit.
His Majesty the King reviewed many local issues and topics, especially with regard to the outstanding achievements made by the Kingdom, as a result of the continuous comprehensive development process that Bahrain is witnessing at all levels to better serve the country and its citizens.
His Majesty King Hamad expressed his thanks and appreciation to His Highness the Crown Prince and the Prime Minister for the fruitful efforts made by His Highness to improve the performance of public institutions and government departments, in a way that effectively contributes to maximizing national gains.
Referring to the new academic year, His Majesty the King wished the students, teachers and administrative staff in the Kingdom every success, praising the tremendous efforts made by the Ministry of Education and all its bodies and institutions to serve education in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
