Describe
As an in-house consultant, the HR Business Partner will be responsible for leading all HR efforts to deliverables. This will include implementing HR best practices, meeting people’s challenges, supporting the organization’s effectiveness by developing and implementing solutions aligned with the business strategy and ensuring that the HR operating model is successfully integrated within the operations team. The role is critical to implementing our people initiatives, providing significant internal support to clients, driving HR functional excellence and improving operations. Successful candidates will appear:

Owning and managing relationships with multiple business leaders in the client group
Submit a strategic and operational HR plan for each supported business, ensuring consistency with local and global HR objectives and ensuring consistency with our policies and procedures
Be accountable for human resource management functions at the country level by managing the relationship with remote shared service centers and through hands-on handover to supervisor as necessary
Providing administrative support and advice to build leadership capacity
Maintaining a strong focus on employee relations, performance management, employee engagement and retention activities, including understanding compensation, benefits, and development activity
Support key HR projects and improve operations
Demonstrate excellent analytical capabilities and influence business leaders with data-driven recommendations to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
Ensure alignment of HR programs by partnering with peers and colleagues in other locations and also across corporate business units locally
Coordinate all relationships between employee representatives and legal compliance issues
Provide expert input to client groups as well as the HR team regarding local employment legislation, policies and practices

Basic qualifications
Substantial experience working as an HR business partner with demonstrated success in meeting exceptionally high standards in a fast-paced operational environment (multinational company preferred)
Experience with warehouse staff / fulfillment center will be very beneficial
Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent
Excellent time management and organizational skills with a proven ability to set priorities
Advanced use of Excel and reporting tools
Extreme attention to detail and accuracy and a proven track record of working to tight deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills with good command of written and spoken English.
Experience working with both hourly and executive staff
Ability to work independently and deal with ambiguity when necessary
