Imam Sheikh Rashid bin Muhammad Al-Hajri spoke in his sermon about the importance of tolerance and coexistence and opening opportunities for dialogue with everyone.
Sheikh Al-Hajri highlighted the humanitarian initiatives achieved during the reign of His Majesty the King, including the establishment of the King Hamad Global Center for Peaceful Coexistence and the King Hamad Chair for Interfaith Dialogue and Peaceful Coexistence at La Sapienza University in Rome.
Both aim to promote a culture of tolerance and the principle of peaceful coexistence between religious nations and peoples.
