Manama, April 12 (BNA) His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today ratified Law No. (11) of 2022 ratifying the Statute of the Arab Union for Nature Reserves, which was approved by the Shura and Representatives Councils, and issued.
The law states that the Kingdom of Bahrain does not consider itself bound by the provisions of Paragraph 5 of Article (4) of the Basic Law of the Arab Federation of Nature Reserves.
The Prime Minister and the ministers – each within his jurisdiction – shall implement the provisions of this law, and it shall come into force upon its publication in the Official Gazette.
