Manama, August 10 (BNA) His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today issued Royal Decree No. 42 of 2022 amending some provisions of Royal Decree No. 83 of 2020 restructuring the Board of Directors of the Labor Market Regulatory Authority. Authority (LMRA).
According to the decree, the phrase (Minister of Labor) replaces the phrase (Minister of Labor and Social Development) whenever it appears in Royal Decree No. (83) of 2020 restructuring the Board of Directors of the Labor Market Regulatory Authority.
Under the decree, Fatima Abdel Ghani Ismail is appointed as a member of the Labor Market Regulatory Authority’s board of directors, instead of Maha Abdel Hamid Mafeez, until the end of the current board’s term.
The Prime Minister and the Minister of Labor – each within his jurisdiction – shall implement the provisions of this decree, and it shall come into force immediately, and be published in the Official Gazette.
