Manama, February 3 (BNA) The Secretary-General of the Higher Education Council and Vice-Chairman of its Board of Trustees met Dr. Sheikha Rana bint Isa bin Daij Al Khalifa, Director-General of the Bahrain Institute for Banking and Financial Studies.
