The General Manager will be responsible for building the company from the ground up and utilizing their expertise to develop large real estate projects across Ras Al Khaimah.
This individual will be responsible for overseeing feasibility studies, development plans, master planning, design, securing investments, staffing and forecasting.

In order to be selected for an interview, candidates must be able to demonstrate the following skills, qualifications and experience:
– Degree in engineering, architecture or equivalent
10+ years experience in the United Arab Emirates
20+ years of experience in real estate development projects
Previous experience as a manager in a real estate company
– Fluency in English
