Manama, September 27 (BNA) The Governor of the South, His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, today conducted a field visit to Zallaq to see the citizens’ needs in various security, social and service fields. He was accompanied by the Deputy Governor of the South, Brigadier General Issa Thamer Al-Dosari and senior officials.
His Highness the Southern Emir affirmed his keenness to communicate in the field with all regions to assess the needs of citizens and listen to their suggestions, in line with the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and with the support of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad. His Highness the Emir of the South praised the royal gesture of naming one of the Zallaq roads after the late Sheikh Youssef Al-Siddiqi in appreciation of his role in the religious and social fields.
His Highness the Southern Governor was briefed on a number of facilities in the Zallaq area, stressing the importance of further improving services to achieve the aspirations of citizens.
