Manama, June 1 (BNA) His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, praised the role of Bahraini youth in supporting humanitarian initiatives.
He praised the efforts of the “Nasser Al-Binaa” team at Ibn Khaldoun National School, to restore many homes, with the support of the Royal Humanitarian Foundation.
HH Sheikh Nasser spoke with high school students about supporting humanitarian initiatives and urged the “Nasser Al-Binaa” team to develop a strategy to further develop their initiatives.
He affirmed support for youth initiatives that contribute to strengthening social cohesion and making needy families happy.
His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad was received by the President of Ibn Khaldoun National School, Dr. Kamal Abdel Nour, the teaching and administrative staff and students.
Amer Maarouf recited a poem in honor of His Majesty the King, His Royal Highness, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and His Highness Sheikh Nasser, who represents a role model for students.
Dr. spoke Abdel Nour on the school’s role in supporting student initiatives. He gave an overview of the documentary film “Ibn Khaldun, History and Message” directed by a group of students registered in the “Tawasul Club” under the supervision of their teacher Amer Maarouf.
The documentary highlights the school’s achievements since its inception, as well as interviews with founders, administrators, teachers and a group of alumni.
His Highness Sheikh Nasser listened to the students who exchanged their ideas and asked their questions about humanitarian charitable work and how to develop it in Bahrain and abroad, wishing them success.
