Manama, March 6 (BNA): Within the framework of the vision of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the aspirations of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Prime Minister and representative of His Majesty the King. His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Oil and Gas Holding Company (nogaholding), today issued a decision appointing representatives of the Nogaholding Company to the Board of Directors of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Aircraft Catering Company (Bafco).
According to the decision, Sheikh Ibrahim bin Khalid Al Khalifa was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of BAFCO, while Mohammed Saeed Al Shehab and Abdullah Issa Al Mannai were appointed as members of the Board of Directors.
The decree is part of nogaholding’s efforts to rely on local competencies to promote development in subsidiaries in line with its future strategies, and in order to ensure sustainability.
