Manama, April 30 (BNA): The curtain has fallen on the eighth edition of the exhibition of His Highness Sheikh Faisal bin Hamad Al Khalifa for purebred Arabian horses, which was held at the Military Sports Federation track at the Rashid Equestrian and Horse Racing Club.
The show was held under the directives of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, the Honorary President of the Royal Equestrian and Endurance Federation, His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, and under the patronage of the President of BREEF, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. His Highness Sheikh Isa bin Abdullah Al Khalifa.
Commenting on this, His Highness Sheikh Isa bin Abdullah Al Khalifa expressed his gratitude to His Highness Sheikh Nasser for his support of equestrian sport.
He explained that this support contributed to the success of the show, which bears the name of the late Sheikh Faisal bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
The President of BREEF praised the support of the First Vice President of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, President of the Public Authority for Sports and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee, His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, for His Highness’s keenness to provide full support for equestrian sports.
His Highness Sheikh Isa honored the winners on the third day.
He also honored the exhibition committees, in addition to the Arabian Horse Association and a number of media professionals from the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
