Manama, September 22 (BNA) The Personal Representative of His Majesty the King, His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Khalifa, owner of the Bahrain 1 Racecourse, expressed his thanks and appreciation to all the sponsors of the team competing in the United States. The 2021 NHRA Pro Mod Series, the world’s most prestigious drag racing championship.
His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad stressed that the companies’ sponsorship of the Bahrain 1 Race will enable them to continue the successes they achieved over the past years, an achievement that contributes to raising the Kingdom’s flag in the strongest sports gatherings.
His Highness Sheikh Abdullah indicated that the companies’ support will reflect positively on the team’s performance and motivate it to achieve more victories during this season, which will pave the way for it to win the third championship title for the third year in a row.
He praised the outstanding results of the team during the early stages of the NHRA Pro Mod Series 2021, noting that it is a fruitful outcome of the tireless efforts made by the team members despite the current health conditions the world is witnessing due to the pandemic.
Sponsors for this season’s Bahrain 1 Racing Team include the Economic Development Board (EDB), Aluminum Bahrain (Alba), National Bank of Bahrain (NBB), Batelco and Bahrain International Circuit (BIC).
