Manama, March 30 (BNA) The Secretary-General of the Higher Education Council and Vice-Chairman of its Board of Trustees received Dr. Sheikha Rana bint Isa bin Daij Al Khalifa, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Supreme Council. Education, Middle East and North Africa European Union in the Deputy Director-General of the European External Action Service Karl Hallergaard and Deputy Head of the European Union Delegation in Riyadh Yap Ora.
The Secretary-General stressed the importance of strengthening relations between Bahrain and the European Union in the field of education and scientific research to serve common interests and goals.
Hallergaard and Ora expressed their appreciation for the council’s role and efforts in promoting higher education.
