About the client:
An upscale independent café is now opening its second branch in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Riyadh

Job title:
• Overseeing the daily operations in the kitchen from the main menu highlights, special requests and recruitment
• Manage P&L and forecasts for the restaurant with senior management
• Responsible for food inventory, storage and ordering needs to ensure the kitchen meets all regulations including health and food safety guidelines
• Control and direct the food preparation process
• Manage and work closely with other chefs of all levels

qualifications:
• Open to India and Filipinos
• Male 40 years and under
• At least 3 years of experience as a chef in a casual dining restaurant
