General Director of Schools Affairs: 86% of parents participated in the first induction day

Manama, September 4 (BUS): Students’ parents came in large numbers to participate in the first induction day.

The Director General of Schools Affairs, Dr. Muhammad Mubarak bin Ahmed, stated that the participation rate reached 86 percent, which reflects the strong partnership between government schools and parents.

Parents were informed about the new school year and educational plans and activities.

They were also given files attached to the voucher and important information about the academic year, as well as introductory cards, schedules and academic calendars.

Dr. Bin Ahmed announced that government schools will continue to hold induction days on Mondays and Tuesdays.

He expressed his sincere thanks and gratitude to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, praising their support for schools and the teaching and administrative staff.

He also thanked the educational and administrative staff in government schools, praising their dedicated efforts and contributions to the success of the first induction day.
