Bahrain landmarks lit up in green on Saudi Founding Day

Manama, February 22 (BNA) Landmarks of the Kingdom of Bahrain lit up in green as part of the celebrations for the founding day of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which falls on February 22.

This step reflected strong historical relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

Saudi citizens traveling to the Kingdom of Bahrain were greeted with flowers and flags of the two countries at Bahrain International Airport and King Fahd Causeway.

The founding day reflects the Kingdom’s long history and outstanding development steps led by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and with the support of the Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
