New York, September 21 (BNA) Foreign Minister Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani met in New York today, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Thailand, Don Pramodwinai. The 76th session of the United Nations General Assembly.
The meeting discussed the strong historical friendship relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Kingdom of Thailand and its development in various fields. It also reviewed ways to enhance bilateral cooperation in the economic and commercial sectors for the benefit of the two friendly countries and peoples, in addition to a number of issues of common interest.
The meeting was attended by Undersecretary for Political Affairs Dr. Sheikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, the Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the United Nations in New York, Ambassador Jamal Faris Al-Ruwai and the delegation accompanying the minister.
