Finance Minister receives lawmaker

Manama, October 14 (BNA) Minister of Finance and National Economy Sheikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa received today Member of Parliament Mahmoud Makki Al-Bahrani, Chairman of the Parliament’s Financial and Economic Affairs Committee.

He welcomed him, praising the advanced level of cooperation and coordination between the executive and legislative authorities to build on previous achievements aimed at serving the country and the citizen.

The two sides also discussed issues of common interest related to the economic and financial fields. The cooperation between the Ministry of Finance and National Economy and the House of Representatives was also reviewed.

For his part, MP Mahmoud Makki Al-Bahrani expressed his deep thanks and appreciation to the Minister of Finance and National Economy for his constant keenness to enhance cooperation between the executive and legislative authorities to achieve the desired goals.
