Washington, October 15 (BNA) The Minister of Finance and National Economy, Sheikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, met in the presence of the Minister of Sustainable Development, Nour bint Ali Al-Khalif, and the Egyptian Minister of International Cooperation, Dr. Rania Al-Mashat.
The meeting was held on the sidelines of his participation in the annual meetings of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank in Washington, USA.
The two sides reviewed the distinguished brotherly relations between the two countries and ways to enhance financial and economic cooperation.
The Minister of Finance and National Economy noted the importance of exchanging experiences and best practices to enhance Bahrain’s financial position at the local, regional and international levels.
The two sides also discussed ways to enhance bilateral cooperation in addition to the latest global economic developments.
