He announced the opening of the electronic window (the integration of the Gulf Cooperation Council), which aims to respond to inquiries, observations and proposals related to the Gulf common market, which reflects progress towards achieving Gulf economic citizenship.

In his speech at the press conference, Al Zayani said that these joint meetings represent an opportunity to exchange ideas and aspirations that contribute to supporting tourism strategies in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.

He stressed the continuation of cooperation through Gulf programs aimed at supporting economic development, pointing to the GCC states’ efforts to enter a new phase by signing free trade agreements as a unified economic bloc.

He referred to the start of free trade negotiations between the Gulf Cooperation Council countries and the United Kingdom, adding that Bahrain launched a tourism strategy within the framework of the economic recovery plan.
