Manama, March 19 (BNA): A successful visit to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, where Export Bahrain held several meetings with various stakeholders, which resulted in the signing of a memorandum of understanding between Export Bahrain and the Jordan Enterprise Development Corporation. .
The agreement, which aims to encourage the development of trade exchange and trade cooperation between the two countries, was signed by Ms. Safaa Sharif Abdel-Khaleq, CEO of Export Bahrain, and Mr. Abdel-Fattah Kayed, CEO of the Jordan Enterprise Development Company. JEDCO Corporation.
Under this agreement, Export Bahrain and JEDCO will be facilitators of commercial and economic contracts, acting as a gateway between companies in both Bahrain and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, allowing new international projects to flourish through this cooperation in a thriving and vibrant business environment. .
This agreement reinforces and confirms the efforts of the two countries to achieve their common interests and develop economic, trade and investment relations that promise to stimulate economic activity in the two countries. Bahraini exports to Jordan during 2022 so far reflect more than 80 million Bahraini dinars, which indicates the importance of our cooperation to ensure the progress and sustainability of trade relations. We consider this strategic partnership an indication of more trade exchange opportunities that guarantee the development of sectors and facilitate the flow of products and services between the two countries to achieve the common goal of promoting exports and strengthening mutual trade relations.
