the opportunity
As an Executive Assistant, you will develop your skills by providing support services to some of the largest organizations in the MENA region. Your experience in business communications will help you build effective relationships with important stakeholders and senior leaders. You will have independence and clear responsibilities, working in our friendly and collaborative environment. Your talents will be respected and you will be supported in developing the career path of your choice.
Your main responsibilities
Provide high-level support to a small group of partners and executives
– Organize and manage comprehensive diaries, travel and accommodations
– Check and reply to emails and/or take required actions
Prepare expense claims and schedules on a weekly basis
Screening calls and phone messages, and following up on procedures, with reference to relevant team members when required
Prepare and review documents including presentations, emails, reports, agendas and papers
Coordinate internal and external client events as required within the MENA region
Leadership and people development
– Consultant, trainer or other mentor in the secretarial community
– Identifying opportunities to improve work efficiency and effectiveness
Success skills and attributes
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
– Intermediate in the use of Microsoft Office suites
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
Strong communication skills including telephone manner and interpersonal skills
– Strong team member with the ability to work across multiple teams
Experience in a professional services environment is greatly appreciated.
To qualify for the role you must have
Previous EA experience of at least 4-5 years, supporting multiple executives in a corporate environment
Ideally, you will also have
Previous work experience in a global professional services organization or medium-sized companies would be very beneficial
