Marketing Metasearch

– Run and optimize search campaigns with Koddi / Metasearch Premium

– Planning and implementation of all digital marketing campaigns: research, program and social in cooperation with Accor . agencies
– Reporting and Analytics: Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and evaluate objectives (ROI and KPIs)
Campaign delivery and agency management
Creative and constructive direction

CRM and Email Marketing

– Maintain a fragmented guest database
Handling CRM and email marketing using 3rd party tool (monitoring with head office)
– Analyzing the results of email campaigns

SEO

Make monthly SEO calls with the agency to review website performance on SERPs
– Implementation of monthly recommendations (technical + content)

web content

– Keep website content(s) updated in all languages
– Keep OTA & Metasearch content up to date
– Keep the content of the Accor website updated in all languages

Aharon

– Collaboration with agencies and other vendor partners
Evaluate emerging technologies, presenting with leadership and perspective for adoption when appropriate
– Brainstorming on new and innovative growth strategies in the digital ecosystem
Leverage strong analytical ability to assess the overall customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints

requirements

Senior position, 5-6 years experience in a related field.
Experience in luxury hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communication
– Fluency in English orally and in writing. Arabic is a plus.
Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem (implementation strategy)
