Dubai, Feb. 24 (BNA): Novak Djokovic has slipped from first place in the ATP rankings and will be replaced by Daniil Medvedev after losing 6-4 7-6 (4) against Czech Jerry Veseli in the Dubai quarter-finals. Championships on Thursday.
