What will you do:

Flows in both rooms and food and beverage, including a marketing plan for how to achieve this.
Conduct a comprehensive and regular analysis of the market and more specifically the group of competitors in the hotel to ensure that the hotel has a good position and revenue management structure to achieve and maintain the budgeted revenue index rating.
Develop, implement and manage pricing structures and strategies through market data review and demand analysis.
Develop, implement and manage the sales lead development and qualification process across all business units within the hotel, ensuring that all key personnel are aware of and understand this process.
Establish, monitor and manage key accounts and market segments goals for each team member.
– Monitor and manage administrative operating expenses in line with budget and forecasts.
Manage the coordination of all MH&R strategic sales and marketing activities in line with the area sales and marketing office.
In conjunction with the Human Resources Department, interviews job candidates in the Sales and Marketing department and prepares job descriptions for the same.
Ensure that all standard operating procedures and contracts for the sales and marketing department are written, reviewed and approved when necessary.
Develop, review and manage departmental work schedules, ensuring adequate sales and marketing coverage and representation in both hotel and market, including scheduling of sales calls, excursions, site inspections and tariffs.

Your experience and skills include:

Previous leadership experience in sales and marketing is essential
– Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all guests and clients.
Clearly communicate ideas, actions, and opportunities with strong communication skills
Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the stage for high performance
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
