What will you do:
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the primary job responsibilities and functions include but are not limited to the following:
– Provide consistently professional, friendly and engaging greeting service
Understand server tasks in port
Understand end-of-shift reports at the outlet and POS system
Assisting guests with food and beverage menu items in a useful and informative manner
Know all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
– Follow outlet service policies, procedures and standards
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages
Other duties assigned
Your experience and skills include:
Previous service experience is an asset
Knowledge of the point of sale system is an asset
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
– Responsible and very reliable
– Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
– Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
The ability to focus attention on the guest’s needs, and to remain calm and courteous at all times
