Manama, Jan. 23 (BNA): The President of the Civil Service Bureau, Ahmed bin Zayed Al Zayed, issued Civil Service Directives 1/2023, explaining the Cabinet’s decision regarding considering Thursday, February 2, as a half-day for everyone. Ministries, institutions and state departments celebrate the National Sports Day.
Al-Zayed said that all ministries and state departments, subject to Civil Service Bureau Law No. 48/2010, will prepare sports programs for their employees between 11:00 am and 02:00 pm.
Government departments must also take the necessary measures to ensure the normal course of work so as not to affect the services provided to the public.
