Job description and summary
A career in our Program Management practice, within our Project Portfolio Management Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help organizations balance long-term strategies with short-term imperatives to optimize their investment and strategic activity required to achieve the organization’s business objectives. We help enhance the performance of organizations’ projects and programs by identifying alternative project approaches, continually aligning projects with corporate strategy, setting the tone and pace of programs from the start, responding quickly and effectively to crisis situations, and extracting value from rapid program implementation.

As part of our team, you will help our clients improve the performance of their projects and programs, while continually aligning programs with corporate strategy.

As part of our team, you will help our clients understand what makes business transformation programs successful, from software delivery structures and business engagement models to key technical issues and continuous learning and improvement. We share knowledge and experience to complement our clients’ existing capabilities and drive them to the next level of portfolio delivery.

Responsibilities:

Support in identifying key priority initiatives and developing a complete roadmap for implementing the initiatives.
Ensure effective project and program management and support the successful implementation of corporate strategy.
Support in the implementation of projects and initiatives throughout the project life cycle in accordance with a unified governance framework and methodology.
Develops reports and dashboards on the status of projects to facilitate the decision-making process and ensure timely escalation of risks and issues.
Provides support in planning and preparations, writing presentations, and tracking tasks for interactions with the General Manager and the Constituent Assembly
Lead and follow up on project procurement activities by supporting the respective business owners in defining the scope of work for RFPs and escalate any risks/issues that may delay procurement activities.
Maintenance and supervision of the master schedule/roadmap and timely reporting of any deviation or slippage.
Ongoing maintenance and oversight of the Company’s/development risk register (including risks, issues, remedies, ownership and decisions), including the adequacy and completeness of risks through ongoing collaboration with key stakeholders on identifying and managing risks/issues (including vendors), groups , etc.)
Perform daily project management activities throughout the project life cycle;
Develop project work cases and other project management documents;
Defining project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards.
Understand business needs, set goal, and identify key stakeholders;
Manage and facilitate stakeholder participation and project communications;
Manage and document project risks and issues (reduce uncertainty) and perform integrated change control;
– Managing the interrelationship between the project and setting priorities.
Manage project changes, risks, issues and escalation processes;
Monitoring the availability of the required human and financial resources and their efficient use.
Effectively implement project governance and engage identified stakeholders.

requirements:

Familiar with best practices in (E) PMO structures and operating models.
Strategy Management
– Shift management
– stakeholder management
Experience in management consulting
Solid experience in delivering programmes/projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies;
– Experience in handling multiple portfolios
Experience in preparing presentations for high profile stakeholders
Experience with project planning and management tools (eg Microsoft Project, Primavera, Jira, EPM) and reporting tools (MS office, Power BI dashboard, etc.);
Be passionate about customer service;
Self-motivated, confident and strong work ethic;
– Successful performance within team environments, enjoy being part of the team;
Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload with flexibility and ability to handle well under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
Experience in supervising and reporting on the progress of large-scale portfolios.
