• Supervising the kitchen section assigned to the required standards set by the head chef.
• Delegating tasks to junior chefs and supporting them in their development
• Check the quality of production from the designated department to ensure its completeness and readiness for each service
• Good storage and proper waste control are practiced at all times to keep the assigned section clean and organized
• Executing cooking to the expected high level quickly and efficiently
