Prestigious coffee shop located in Dubai.
Job title:
• Set schedules according to the type of event or service standards and ensure the guest is served within the stipulated time
• Speak to guests and staff in clear and professional language, and answer phone calls using appropriate telephone etiquette
• Record transactions/orders in POS systems at the time of ordering
• Communicate with the kitchen regarding any questions about the menu, additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, special requests, waiting times, and product availability
• Check with guests to ensure they are satisfied with each food and beverage course
qualifications
• Open to Filipino and Arabic
• 35 years and under
• Minimum 1 year UAE experience as a waiter or supervisor
• Must have good knowledge of menu and presentation criteria
