Learning and Development Coordinator (Training)

As the Learning and Development Coordinator, you will provide assistance to the Manager, Learning and Development, you are multi-tasking and able to work independently. You communicate well with all contacts, and lead our staff development initiatives by hosting training events and creative educational programs.

What will you do:

– Consistently provide professional, engaging and friendly service
– Conducting training programs
– Developing training content and holding training courses for colleagues and supervisors.
Cross-training management across the hotel.
Maintains and updates communication channels on a regular basis.
Maintains training records by making sure all trackers are up to date.
Undertakes all administrative duties of the learning and development function; Such as communicating the training calendar, organizing training venues, monitoring attendance and notes
Compiles all L&D reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Ensures that the hotel’s care policy is communicated and adhered to.
Lead the Cardiac Committee and lead employee recognition activities.
– Leading the internship program in the hotel.
Assists and supports fellow activities and events throughout the year.
Assists in other human resource management functions.

Your experience and skills include:

– To be a Saudi national
Previous experience in learning and development is an advantage.
One to two years of experience in a management position is required.
– Charismatic, highly organized, energetic, playful and creative
Able to develop strong relationships with colleagues and leaders
– Extremely passionate about the company’s mission, promise and values
– Very passionate guest service
Computer knowledge in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
– Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills
– Exceptional public speaking skills
– Able to prioritize and organize work tasks
Positive and supportive team member
Able to identify hotel training needs by conducting focus groups and analyzing hotel metrics
