British Red Arrows team land in Bahrain to participate in BIAS

Manama, November 2 (BNA) Members of the world-acclaimed Royal Air Force aerobatic team have landed in Bahrain and are preparing to participate for the first time ever at the Bahrain International Airshow (BIAS), marking its tenth anniversary, the British Embassy. announced.

The British Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Roddy Drummond, expressed his happiness at the presence of the Red Arrows team in Bahrain to dazzle the fans with their wonderful air shows and participate in many other activities. He said that this visit is another boost to the strong relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United Kingdom.

BIAS is a biennial exhibition held under the patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. It is scheduled to be organized this year from 9-11 November at Sakhir Air Base.

Red Arrows’ visit to the Kingdom comes as part of a tour of the region to present air shows and hold seminars and sessions aimed at highlighting the importance of science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
