Bahrain National Robotics Competition set to kick off November 6

Manama, November 2 (BNA) The Ministry of Education is preparing to organize the 11th edition of the Bahrain National Robotics Competition on November 6-7.

Sponsored by Britos Educational Foundation, the event is held under the patronage of the First Vice President of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS), President of the General Sports Authority (GSA), President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee, His Highness Sheikh Nasser. Bin Hamad Al Khalifa.

The competition will be held at Al Areen Palace and Spa, with the participation of 222 male and female students who form 74 teams from public and private schools.

Preparations for the next edition included the implementation of a training program for all participating teams.

The winning teams will qualify for the World Robot Olympiad, which will be hosted in Germany from 17-19 November 2022.
